Lacrosse speaks for itself. If you’ve never seen the sport, stop now and go down a YouTube wormhole. I fell in love with the sport in high school and have been involved ever since. My brother and I played every chance we got, and practiced every night using the light on the garage - all year, snow or no snow. It is the best team sport, hands down.

Coaching - I’ve been a coach of sorts at all levels including: US high schools, youth programs, national teams and international clubs.

Player - I still identify as a midfielder, but my opponents are faster now than they used to be. I’ve played attack, defense, and recorded a save once that ended my 1 day stint as a goalie.
